A. Order Processing

All orders received by phone will be carefully repeated back at time of order. Faxed orders are preferred to eliminate verbal mistakes. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. will be processed and scheduled the same day. All orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed and scheduled the next business day.

Mail orders are accepted with the same time restriction as a fax order. Please allow for postal delivery. Do not mail and fax the same order. Duplicated orders will be the responsibility of the customer. We will provide all customers with an order sheet to aid in the order process. Please be sure all sections are completely filled out.

Be sure to list width first and then height, NOT opening sizes. All sizes given will be assumed finished size. Fill in all fields of order for door styles.
Indicate if drawer fronts are to be 5-pc doors, standard slab door, or 5/4. If none is indicated above drawer front list, drawer fronts will be made slab with edge profile same as doors.

A printed confirmation can be mailed or faxed. Please request if desired. When you receive your confirmation, check order for accu­racy and call our office for changes or corrections within 24 hours of receiving your faxed confirmation. Production begins within 36 hours. If we don't hear from you by then, it is assumed everything is correct. 

C. Lead Time

It is our goal to maintain a lead time of 7-10 days on orders of Oak, Poplar, MDF, Maple, Birch, Ash, and Pine. All other orders must allow an additional 2-5 days for shipment. Please call our office for current lead times as they may change at any time. 

D. Changes or Corrections

Once order is placed into production any changes will be made at the expense of the customer. The cost will reflect the material and labor invested in the manufacturing process.

E. Payment/Credit Terms

Payment Terms: For new customers a 50% deposit, 50% COD. An order will not be started until the deposit is received. Repeat customers will be shipped 100% COD.
We accept Visa & MasterCard, as well as company or personal checks with approval. All checks must have D.L #, DOB, and correct address. A $25.00 Service Fee will be charged for all returned checks. Credit Card charges will be run through on the day production starts. This will ensure payment upon delivery. Credit terms: 

F. Shipping/Delivery

All shipments are FOB Hot Springs, AR shipped the best way. Before your order is prepared for shipment, we inspect all doors and check each order for accuracy. We ship UPS. Our discounts are passed on to you as our customer. Please state on your order if other routing is desired. Inspect all packages at time of delivery. Do not sign any bill of ladings or reorders for damaged goods. Once we have received the doors and packaging, we will issue a credit.
Orders delivered by our Truck will be charged a delivery fee. Orders delivered by our truck will need to be counted for accuracy. Once packing slip is signed, this verifies all items are accounted for.
Customers who pick up their orders should call to verify completion of order.

G. Returns/Credits

Doors must be returned unfinished.
All claims, including shortages, must be made within five days of receipt of order. Any product claimed to be defective workmanship or material must be returned to the factory unfinished for our inspection. 

H. Rush Orders

Rush orders will be produced in approximately 3-5 days. Once ordered, no changes are allowed. There will be a 25% upcharge for rush orders. Rush orders are limited to door styles 10RP, 20RP & 30RP, in wood types of Oak, Poplar and MDF. 

I. Samples

We have stock samples in Red Oak Square Raised Panel available at regular price. Customers needing a custom sample door/panel to submit for an architectural millwork bid will be charged material, labor, and delivery/shipping. 


All standard products are warranted for one year from date of shipment. Liability under this warranty shall be limited to the original invoice price of the product. 

I. Warpage

Raised panel doors 21" wide and 48" high or less are warranted against warpage of more than 1/8". Frames and plywood insert doors 21" wide and 48" high or less are warranted against warpage of more than 1/4”.Doors that are more than 21" in width and 48" in height are not warranted against warpage. Drawer fronts more than 8" high or 30" wide are not warranted against warpage. 

II. Storage

To be protected by our warranty, our products must not be stored in damp warehouses or placed in a moist or freshly plastered build­ing. They must not be subjected to abnormal heat or dryness. Permanent type heat must be in operation a sufficient length of time to "cure" building before any woodwork or doors are delivered on the site. It is essential that all woodwork be inspected upon arrival and all claims or complaints be filed before painters' finish is applied. ALL DOORS should be properly sealed on all surfaces, including top and bottom edges, to prevent absorption of moisture. We will not be responsible for defects resulting from neglect of these precau­tions. 

iII. Woodwork

All woodwork is guaranteed to be of good material and workmanship and free from defects which render it unserviceable for the use for which it was intended. Natural variations in the color or texture of the wood or the seams in plywood panels are not to be considered as defects. The quality of the woodwork is safeguarded while it is in our possession.


IV. Craftsmanship

Any product claimed to be defective workmanship must be returned to the factory unfinished for our inspection. We agree within a period of one year after delivery date, to repair or replace (unfinished), without charge any woodwork which is defective within the mean­ing of this warranty. We do not agree to be responsible for any work which was not originally performed by us. We do not agree to pay charges for finishing or installing replaced woodwork. This warranty is not effective if goods are repaired or replaced without first obtain­ing our written consent. Please advise exact sizes otherwise there are 1/16 tolerence in the width and height.

Wood Specification

Wood is nature's work of art. The grain and color in wood varies in all species and even within its own species. We match as best we can the grain and color in all panel stock. Doors are not color selected unless specified on the order. Defects such as knots and splits are removed. Character, such as burl and pin knots, is acceptable. Mineral is acceptable in the range or 1/8”wx 5"l. Mineral and Dark Tones will not be in color select orders. Stain Grade Soft Maple may have some gray tones, however we will color match the pan­els as best we can.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Unique Nature of Wood Products Variations in Color or Shade are Normal.
